SQL Database Administrator

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Ideally some experience with MongoDB.
• Good knowledge of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backups, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of database security and access management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain SQL Server databases across production and non-production environments.
• Monitor and optimise database performance.
• Troubleshoot database and performance issues.
• Manage database security, permissions, and access.
• Support database deployments, migrations, and changes.

We are looking for an experienced SQL DBA to join our technology team and deliver key projects focused mostly on operational efficiencies during a 6 month contract.
