Software Tester, Martech

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for proven experience with Gherkin and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
• We expect a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• You should be able to analyse Markdown files and technical API schemas.
• Were looking for an understanding of testing Content Management Systems.
• Experience using AI tools for test design, analysis, and documentation is required.
• Exposure to usability and accessibility testing is expected.
• We value strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
• You should be able to prioritise and respond to changing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Well rely on you to test and deliver our software to high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Youll create BDD feature files and efficient test strategies.
• Youll prepare test documentation, including plans, scripts, and defect reports.
• Youll collaborate with product managers, analysts, designers, and developers.
• Youll conduct quality testing on MarTech projects, including work related to CRM, offers, and partners.
• Youll report defects and manage them through to resolution using Jira.
• Youll communicate testing progress to the project team.
• Youll liaise with subject matter experts to build product knowledge.
• Youll help advance our AI-first approach to testing by using AI-enabled tools and evolving quality practices.
• Youll seek out new ideas to improve our testing approach.
