Smart Systems & Cyber Security Apprentice

Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We will configure and install network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• We will assist with basic cybersecurity monitoring tasks, such as reviewing alerts or updating security software.
• We will learn to use AI-driven tools to automate routine IT support tasks and analyse system performance.
• We will monitor and review network infrastructure to help ensure effective operational uptime and network performance.
• We will create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams outlining network architecture and procedures.
• We will provide technical support to localised IT teams and assist with network-related inquiries.
• We will respond to security incidents to help ensure the integrity of the network.
• We will support the setup and maintenance of smart office technologies such as connected meeting rooms, digital signage, and automated systems.
• We will contribute to testing and troubleshooting smart devices or AI-powered applications used within the company.
