Job Description
Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year
Requirements:- At least 3 years experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies within an enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Experience managing governance, permissions, security, and compliance across Microsoft 365
- Ability to troubleshoot complex user and platform issues
- Practical PowerShell administration experience is highly desirable
- Experience supporting OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Copilot is highly desirable
- Confident communicator who can work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Administer and support SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot
- Manage governance, permissions, security, retention, and compliance across Microsoft 365 services
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and AI-powered productivity initiatives
- Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Use PowerShell to automate administration, reporting, and operational processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support across collaboration platforms
- Deliver user training, create technical documentation, and champion best practice adoption
