ServiceNow HR Transformation Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We ideally want someone already operating as a ServiceNow Project Manager, Programme Manager or Delivery Lead within consulting or another complex enterprise environment.
• We need experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD or significant HR technology transformation programmes.
• Large-scale or global HRSD/HRIS implementation experience would be particularly relevant.
• We want strong end-to-end project and programme delivery experience.
• We need good knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and the wider employee service landscape.
• We want an understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
• We need experience managing budgets, governance, RAID, resources and delivery plans.
• We want confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments would be beneficial.
• We need the ability to bridge the gap between business, HR and technical teams.
• We want strong consulting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-HRSD, alongside Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP qualifications, would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and HR transformation programmes.
• We own project planning, governance, budgets, resourcing, reporting and delivery assurance.
• We manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across complex programmes.
• We coordinate functional, technical, business and third-party teams.
• We work directly with senior HR, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• We lead steering meetings, project ceremonies, workshops and programme updates.
• We manage scope, timelines, commercials and competing stakeholder priorities.
• We support programme mobilisation and the transition from sales and solutioning into delivery.
• We work alongside ServiceNow architects and consultants on high-level solution and design discussions.
• We help ensure new solutions are successfully adopted and embedded within the organisation.
• We contribute to proposals, bids and the continued development of the wider ServiceNow practice.

We are an established transformation consultancy with a growing ServiceNow and HR transformation capability, continuing to invest heavily in this area. This is a hybrid role based from a number of UK office locations, with flexibility to work from home alongside travel to client sites when programmes require it. The package is up to £90,000 plus bonus and extensive benefits, depending on experience.
