Senior System Designer / Solution Architect

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Five or more years of experience in AV system design or solution architecture.
• Fluency with CAD and AV design tools.
• Ability to interpret AV and technical drawings.
• Full proficiency with AV solution design and integration.
• A detail-oriented approach to technical design and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the technical structure of projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee hardware layouts, system schematics and technical details using tools such as AutoCAD.
• Conduct site surveys to gather the information required to create or assess practical technical solutions.
• Validate and refine designs to ensure solutions align with client needs, functionality goals and project feasibility.
• Track bills of materials and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Provide technical input and proposals to support client discussions and business development.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes based on hands-on experience.
