Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced software engineer with full stack development experience in commercial environments.
• We ideally want experience with Angular or another modern TypeScript frontend framework.
• We want experience in Java backend development.
• We want experience with SQL databases and API development.
• We want experience in system integration and enterprise application development.
• We want experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• We want experience with software architecture and scalable system design.
• We want experience working in agile delivery and collaborative development practices.
• Applicants must be UK Nationals and eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities:

• We design and build full stack applications from frontend through to backend and database.
• We develop modern web applications using Angular, Java, and SQL technologies.
• We create APIs and integrations with enterprise platforms and external systems.
• We build secure, scalable, and maintainable software with quality built in from day one.
• We work with event-driven architectures and near real-time data where appropriate.
• We improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and engineering best practices.
• We collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• We mentor fellow engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
