Senior Python Developer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Advanced backend Python development skills
• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Containerisation
• Comfort with occasional front-end work
• Experience owning the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
• Proactive in identifying problems and bringing solutions
• Background in Front Office trading environments
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a Greenfield trading systems build
• Design, build, and maintain highly performant, robust, scalable trading systems
• Collaborate with front, middle, and back office teams to discover requirements
• Deliver technical solutions that drive business growth
• Lead and deliver high-profile software projects
• Champion best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and cloud architecture
• Directly impact the PnL and success of the business
