Senior PHP Developer

Salary: £20,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with modern PHP and Symfony
• Full lifecycle experience, including building, maintaining, upgrading, and improving code over the long term
• Strong foundational skills and use of SOLID design principles
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework
• Experience building APIs
• Nice to have: NodeJS and TypeScript
• Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes
• Nice to have: GraphQL
• Nice to have: PHP unit testing
• Full right to live and work in the UK
• Must be based in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a SaaS platform using PHP, React, MySQL, and related technologies in an AWS environment
• Develop APIs, including GraphQL and REST
• Participate in the entire SDLC
• Work on a few key long-term projects
• Produce quality code independently without micromanaging

The role is fully remote, with the salary up to £70k DOE, and includes 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
