Senior Partner Solution Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year
Requirements:- Extensive experience in technical sales or solution engineering, ideally within a partner or channel ecosystem.
- Experience working with channel partners, VARs, MSPs, or distributors.
- Strong cybersecurity, networking, or cloud technology knowledge.
- Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to customers and partners.
- Strong competitor awareness and differentiation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for developing partner capability and driving partner success.
- A proactive approach.
- An understanding of our solutions, technical partner approach, and ability to enable partners to build scalable, customer-focused practices may be assessed during the application process.
- Work closely with partners, distributors, and internal field teams to build technical capability, build and accelerate opportunities, and increase partner self-sufficiency.
- Align technical services with customer business needs to drive partner-led revenue.
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
- Build strong relationships with partner technical teams and act as a trusted advisor.
- Enable partners to develop repeatable solutions and service offerings around our technologies.
- Support partners on strategic opportunities through discovery, solution design, and technical guidance.
- Grow partner capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical enablement.
- Maintain partner development plans that track capability, certifications, solution maturity, and business growth.
- Contribute to wider technical initiatives and share knowledge across the organisation.
