Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience delivering cyber security risk assessments within an established global consultancy.
  • Proven experience delivering risk assessments for multiple clients against industry standards, including NIST CSF, 800-53, and ISO27001.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT and network infrastructure, along with cyber security best practices for securing networks.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms to senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of operational technology cyber security best practices.
  • Familiarity with personal information and critical infrastructure information, and cyber security regulations in the EU and wider European region.
  • Deep understanding of governance, standards, and compliance as they relate to cyber security.
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in security, information security, intelligence, or computer science.
  • Broad corporate experience and understanding of business process outsourcing and third-party cyber and information security risks.
  • Good knowledge of cyber risk issues impacting clients in Europe.
  • CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 lead auditor, SANS, or similar industry qualifications/certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver client projects.
  • Deliver projects such as asset identification exercises, cyber risk assessments against ISO and NIST CSF 2.0 standards, and cyber audit work.
  • Manage client meetings and maintain positive, respectful client relationships.
  • Line manage and upskill junior resources within our Digital Risks Protect team.
  • Support strategic delivery by acting as a virtual CISO for our clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage multiple cyber risk advisory engagements, including kick-off meetings, refining outputs, and developing recommendations.
  • Work with key project stakeholders by gathering information through interviews, document reviews, and presenting findings.
  • Maintain client confidence through clear communication and strong project management.
  • Provide flexible and responsive crisis management support when required and available.
  • Own the end-to-end development and management of proposals for future client work.
  • Support project scoping and planning to inform pricing.
  • Maintain up-to-date presale documents.
  • Contribute to and build complex, multi-service line proposals.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in marketing activities to build our brand.

We are growing and seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join our Digital Risks Protect Advisory team in London. This is a client-facing role within a highly successful team, focused on delivering cyber security risk assessment engagements primarily across the EMEA region and providing subject matter expertise. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in our London office, and includes flexibility to travel in Europe and further afield.
