Senior Centric PLM Solution Lead

Salary: £125,000 - 137,500 per year

Requirements:

• We require 10 years of PLM experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Centric PLM implementation experience.
• We require strong experience within fashion, apparel or retail environments.
• We require proven involvement in major PLM transformation, re-implementation or modernisation programmes.
• We require deep understanding of Product Development, Materials, BOM, Costing, Sourcing and Supplier Collaboration.
• We require strong experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• We require the ability to work independently with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• We require understanding of PLM integrations, data migration and reporting.
• We require excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• We require experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Centric PLM certification or formal Centric product training is desirable.
• Experience on large-scale fashion or retail PLM transformation programmes is desirable.
• PLM re-implementation and process-modernisation project experience is desirable.
• Integration of PLM with ERP, PIM, DAM and eCommerce platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• We will have you conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and define appropriate solution approaches.
• We will have you design and validate Centric PLM functional solutions.
• We will have you drive process standardisation and adoption of PLM best practices.
• We will have you produce functional specifications, requirements and user stories.
• We will have you support PLM integrations, data migration and reporting requirements.
• We will have you oversee testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• We will have you identify and manage programme risks, dependencies and solution issues.
• We will have you provide strategic PLM guidance to business and technology stakeholders.
• We will have you act as the senior Centric PLM subject matter expert across the programme.

We are supporting a major digital transformation programme within the fashion and retail sector and are seeking a Senior Centric PLM Solution Lead for a contract role based in London, UK on a hybrid working pattern with 2 to 3 days per week at client site as required. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity with a day rate of £500-550. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to help define the future PLM landscape, influence product development and lifecycle processes, and support the wider integration and modernisation of the PLM ecosystem.
