Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

• Commercial leadership experience growing a sector within a consultancy

Responsibilities:

• Own the Central Government strategy and P&L
• Win high-value consulting engagements
• Build senior relationships across government
• Shape new AI-led consulting propositions
• Build and grow the Central Government practice
• Support delivery with internal consultants
• Help shape propositions
• Build capability across the growing Central Government practice
• Represent us externally at conferences and government events

We are a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy doing interesting work helping organisations rethink how they operate and transform in the AI era. This Central Government Sector Leader role is based in Farringdon with hybrid working of 1-2 days per week in our office. The package includes a basic salary of around £155,000 depending on experience, up to 40% bonus based on firm and individual performance, 27 days annual leave excluding bank holidays rising to 30 based on performance, and private medical and dental insurance.
