SAP EDI Support Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
• We require experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC6.
• We require around 3 years of experience in EDI application support, including maintaining and optimising EDI.
• We require strong experience with EDI maps, IDocs, messaging, data troubleshooting, and interface support.
• We require experience onboarding customers and managing EDI interfaces and changes.
• We require experience supporting SAP system upgrades and changes within OTC processes.
• We require experience supporting middleware integration with SAP XI and VAN.
• We require experience supporting customer accounts and credits.
• We require experience supporting audit controls, compliance, and EDI testing activities.
• We require experience partnering with system integrators to log and test incidents.
• We require experience monitoring release calendars and supporting local and global SAP/EDI projects.
• We require strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
• We require the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We require a collaborative, engaged, and driven approach.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• We maintain and optimise EDI application support.
• We support Order to Cash and Supply Chain business processes.
• We manage and support EDI maps, IDocs, messaging, and related data issues.
• We onboard customers and manage EDI interfaces and changes.
• We support SAP system upgrades and changes affecting OTC processes.
• We provide middleware integration support across SAP XI and VAN.
• We manage and support customer accounts and credits.
• We support audit controls and compliance activities.
• We support testing activities for EDI and related systems.
• We partner with system integrators to log and test incidents.
• We monitor release calendars and support system upgrades.
• We contribute to local and global SAP and EDI projects.
• We analyse data and produce reports using Excel.
• We communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and support delivery.

We are hiring a permanent SAP EDI Support Specialist based in Slough, Berkshire, with a hybrid working model of three days onsite each week. The role offers a salary of £52k to £55k, plus a 10% bonus and benefits package. We are looking for someone to join us with strong SAP and EDI support experience to help maintain, optimise, and support key business processes across Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and broader SAP/EDI operations.
