Salesforce Business Analyst

Requirements:

• 5+ years of BA experience, with 3+ years working on Salesforce
• Strong Salesforce knowledge across configuration, automation, data, and integrations
• Salesforce certification such as Admin, BA, or similar
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience delivering in agile environments

Responsibilities:

• Gather and define Salesforce requirements across business teams
• Translate business needs into user stories and manage the product backlog
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Identify optimisation and automation opportunities
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams
• Support UAT, demos, and releases
• Produce clear BA documentation and support change and adoption

We are offering a 5-month contract starting ASAP, inside IR35, with a hybrid working arrangement and occasional travel to London, UK.
