Remote Print IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Printer Technician, IT Support Engineer, or someone in a similar role.
• We want someone with experience supporting printers, scanners, photocopiers, or MFD equipment.
• We are looking for someone able to provide remote support for print management solutions.
• We need someone who can work remotely and operate autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• We will be repairing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of scanning, printing, and imaging equipment remotely.
• We will be providing remote IT support across office and school environments.
• We will be handling print management administration.
• We will be delivering customer service and system monitoring.
• We will be following security and compliance regulations.
• We will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, and may occasionally participate in on-call support.
