Python/Pandas Developer

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Advanced Python skills with an emphasis on clean, scalable code
• Deep experience with Pandas for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis
• Proven exposure to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and debugging
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfort operating independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience working in front-office FX or FICC trading environments
• Exposure to FX datasets and real-time trading systems
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining Python/Pandas-based pipelines that support FX business-as-usual and enhancement projects
• Collaborating across technology and business teams to design data-driven solutions
• Managing multiple streams of work and navigating context switches with ease
• Engaging directly with trading and front-office teams to deliver accurate, performant datasets
