Product Manager

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in product management
• Background in SaaS or B2B software, preferably in the fintech domain
• Ability to translate complex problem statements into scalable solutions with clear user stories and product experience
• Demonstrated collaboration skills across Engineering, Design and GTM functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and self-driven, able to initiate, own, and deliver work both independently and collaboratively within teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead product, compliance, customer, market, and competitive product analysis
• Prioritize requirements and define the product roadmap to drive success
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories and collaborate with user experience and product development teams
• Work with Sage product groups and business development teams to deliver whole product solutions
• Support go-to-market teams to launch products and ensure customer success

We are Sage, and this Product Manager role plays a meaningful part in driving the success of our recent M&A with Fyle. You will help develop the product roadmap, integrate and scale our accounting software, and work across product, business development, marketing, sales, support, services, and partner teams to launch products, drive growth, and ensure customer success. This is a hybrid role based in our Newcastle office, with three days per week on-site.
