Power Platform Technical Lead (SC)

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Power Apps development experience, particularly with Canvas Apps
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience developing custom functionality using HTML, JavaScript, and related web technologies
• Proven experience leading technical design and solution delivery
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Strong stakeholder management and senior engagement experience
• Experience leading workshops and influencing solution direction
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or similar role
• Active SC Clearance is mandatory; candidates who do not currently hold this clearance cannot be considered
• Desirable: Dynamics 365 experience
• Desirable: Azure services and integrations
• Desirable: Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence (CoE) experience
• Desirable: Previous experience delivering within policing or law enforcement environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Power Platform solutions
• Act as the technical lead across Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Design scalable data models and application architectures
• Lead workshops and requirements discussions with senior stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best-practice guidance
• Mentor developers and support successful project delivery

This is a hands-on leadership contract, paying £570 per day outside IR35, based in Central London with three days per week on site, and running until 31 March 2027.
