Power Platform Developer / Applications Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• Experience developing solutions deployed and supported in a live environment
• Experience supporting or administering business applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Entra ID
• Understanding of APIs, connectors and application integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Provide second- and third-line support for key business applications
• Design, build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse
• Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
• Support applications including iManage Cloud, Aderant Expert, Intapp Time and Autologyx
• Monitor integrations and data flows between core business systems
• Produce dashboards and reports to support management information requirements
• Manage application upgrades, testing, configuration and release activity
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Collaborate with third-party technology partners on new implementations and take internal ownership of solutions
