PAM Support Engineer

Requirements:

• We require an active SC clearance.
• We require candidates to be sole UK nationals.
• MOD SC clearance is preferable.
• We are looking for experience in hybrid IAM environment service leadership.
• We require deep expertise across IAM domains, including IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM, and PKI.
• Desirable: hands-on experience supporting on-prem IAM tools such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Active Directory.
• Desirable: hands-on experience supporting cloud IAM tools such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
• Desirable: hands-on experience supporting PAM tools such as BeyondTrust.

Responsibilities:

• We will expect you to support the delivery of IAM services so the right people and systems have the right access at the right time for the right reasons.
• We will ask you to create IAM service design and detail the TOM.
• We will expect you to lead transition, knowledge transfer, and shadowing.
• We will rely on you for IAM service leadership and governance.
• We will expect you to track and report KPIs and SLAs.
• We will look to you to drive continuous improvement.
• We will expect you to manage stakeholders.
• We will rely on you to manage risks and issues.

We are recruiting a PAM Support Engineer to join our Identity Access Management team in Inverness or Manchester, working five days onsite per week. This is a contractor role offered via umbrella PAYE, with salary depending on experience. The role supports the delivery of IAM services, covering identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, governance, and auditing. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, Employee Assistance Program, medical and dental cover, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, maternity pay, shared parental leave, paternity leave, and sick pay.
