OT Penetration Tester

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We hold CTM/CSTM, CTL/CSTL, OSCP, CREST, Cyber Scheme or equivalent certifications.
• We have proven penetration testing experience across enterprise environments.
• We have specialist expertise in Operational Technology, Cloud Security, Mobile Security, or industry-specific environments.
• We have strong report writing and communication skills.
• We can explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• We take a collaborative approach and value continuous learning.
• We want to contribute to team development, training, and capability growth.

Responsibilities:

• We deliver high-quality penetration testing engagements across IT and OT environments.
• We identify vulnerabilities and provide practical remediation recommendations.
• We produce detailed technical and executive-level reports.
• We support clients in understanding and mitigating cyber security risks.
• We contribute to internal tooling, methodologies, and security research.
• We share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider security team.
• We provide technical expertise across multidisciplinary client engagements.
• We support the planning and delivery of complex security assessments.
