Oracle Talent and Performance Functional Lead

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including Talent & Performance.
• Strong functional expertise across Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Talent Pools, Profile Management, Skills and Competency Frameworks, Career Development and Development Plans, Security, Approvals and Notifications, and Reporting and Analytics.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Talent & Performance workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through to testing and deployment.
• Facilitate client workshops focused on talent strategy, performance transformation, and Oracle best practices.
• Design and configure Oracle Talent Management solutions aligned to business and transformation objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across HR, Talent, IT, and business leadership teams.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and project outcomes.
