Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Engineer

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active SC Clearance.
• We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Customer Engineer with 10+ years of experience.
• We require strong expertise in SharePoint infrastructure, administration, and design.
• We require advanced technical skills in SharePoint infrastructure administration and management.
• We require experience in advisory, architecture, consulting, and support.
• We require experience in deployment, planning, and migration.
• We require excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• We require current Microsoft 365 certifications and the ability to stay current with relevant new certifications.
• We require strong soft skills and the ability to engage customers in deep technical conversations.
• We require expertise in at least two of the following areas: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Phone & Rooms, M365 Copilot, Viva Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, IDM, Information Protection & Compliance, Governance & Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

• We will serve as a Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in SharePoint infrastructure, administration, and design.
• We will provide advisory, architecture, consulting, and support to help customers drive solutions and resolutions.
• We will work on deployment, planning, and migration activities.
• We will interact with technical, non-technical, and leadership contacts at customer organizations.
• We will engage customers in deep technical conversations and support customer-facing discussions.
