Lead D365 BC Functional Consultant - South East London

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• We need experience leading multiple full lifecycle Business Central projects.
• We need previous Microsoft Partner or consultancy experience.
• We need strong stakeholder management skills.
• We need experience mentoring or coaching consultants.
• Experience with Continia, Jet Reports, or Power BI would be beneficial.
• Previous pre-sales experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Manage project delivery from discovery through to go-live.
• Mentor and develop junior Functional Consultants.
• Assist with solution design and project planning.
• Work closely with customers to understand business requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations and proposals.
• Act as an escalation point for consultants and support teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
