Requirements:

• We need an experienced IT support professional with a strong understanding of service management principles and a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• We need experience in IT support and service delivery.
• We need knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• We need experience with Active Directory, VMware, device management, and endpoint support.
• We need strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• We need experience analysing service performance and implementing improvements.
• We need the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• We need experience coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
• We need excellent communication and organisational skills.
• We need an ITIL Foundation qualification.
• We need GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent.
• We need a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead and develop our IT Service Desk team to deliver a professional and responsive support service.
• We will manage the delivery of first and second-line IT support for a diverse user base.
• We will drive continuous improvement through analysis of service performance and customer feedback.
• We will oversee incident escalation, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• We will manage IT assets, hardware deployment, software licensing, and supplier relationships.
• We will administer and support key technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware, end-user devices, and mobile device management solutions.
• We will manage the ITSM platform, knowledge base, and service desk processes.
• We will support the transition of projects into operational support.
• We will coach and develop team members to enhance technical capability and service delivery standards.
