• Previous desktop support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Must be available to work this Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support for a 1-day assignment in Hereford
• Support desktops and laptops
• Install and replace hardware
• Troubleshoot Windows devices
• Support users and resolve issues
• Set up printers and peripherals
• Provide general deskside support
