IT Projects Administrator

Salary: £28,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a highly accurate individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a fast pace of work.
• Excellent communication is essential for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, with knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions.
• Previous use of CRM/PSA software.
• Experience in a similar role within the data cabling, IT or telecoms industry is preferred.
• Stock management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support our Engineers to ensure the smooth delivery of installations from start to finish.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects.
• Answer incoming calls to the Projects queue.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate engineer documentation, including permits, job packs and completion photos.
• Schedule engineers diaries and allocate resources across projects.
• Work closely with our Billing and Finance team to meet strict invoicing deadlines and ensure financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Schedule deliveries and site access for Engineering.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Projects Team Managers.
