IT Integration Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and multi-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Strong security fundamentals, including identity and access management and endpoint security tooling
• A proven track record of delivering Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant
• Ability to produce detailed technical project plans and manage delivery effectively
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps in solutions, policy, and process
• A valid UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a valid passport, as UK and EU site travel is required at short notice
• Desirable: Experience leading IT integration projects in a mergers and acquisitions context

Responsibilities:

• Act as technical lead for IT integration projects, translating business requirements into clear, actionable plans
• Lead technical discovery across infrastructure, applications, networks, and security for acquired businesses
• Design and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and Defender for Endpoint
• Deliver system rationalisation to remove duplication and streamline the IT environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrations meet our standards and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain our repeatable acquisition onboarding framework to support future growth
• Produce technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge transfer materials
• Manage project plans, risks, and dependencies throughout delivery
