IT Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require an ITIL Foundation, FITS Practitioner certification, or relevant industry experience.
• We require at least two years experience in an IT service environment.
• We seek experience in administration, customer service, or helpdesk support.
• We require strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• We seek excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• We require experience with procurement, asset management, and supplier relationships.
• We require the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
• We seek a proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• We require a current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel between sites.

Responsibilities:

• We rely on you to serve as the first point of contact for IT support and help deliver an efficient, professional service to colleagues.
• We expect you to monitor tickets, escalations, and SLAs, keeping users informed with clear and timely updates.
• We rely on you to maintain IT asset, stock, licence, warranty, and contract records.
• We expect you to coordinate equipment movements, hardware audits, and central IT stock.
• We rely on you to raise purchase orders, process goods received, and support invoice and finance administration.
• We expect you to liaise with suppliers about orders, repairs, warranties, and contracts.
• We rely on you to provide administrative support to our Director of IT and IT Service Delivery Manager.
• We expect you to coordinate onboarding for new IT staff and maintain IT policies, procedures, and guidance.
• We rely on you to produce service reports and support meetings, projects, and operational planning.
• We expect you to provide administrative cover and coordination support during periods of leadership absence.
