Implementation Lead

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience working within payment platforms/systems, fintech, EPOS, or similar environments
• Strong understanding and experience of APIs, integrations, and SDLC
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams, including clients, internal stakeholders, third parties, and technical teams
• Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS businesses

Responsibilities:

• Manage integrations and product management, including 3rd party integrations, user stories, requirement gathering, and coordination of technical teams
• Work confidently with stakeholders internally and externally, as well as cross-functionally, including vendors, technology partners, and clients
• Lead delivery management for new features and enhancements
• Support product strategy through competitor and market trend analysis, and review of emerging technologies
• Maintain documentation and compliance
