Head of Dynamics

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who has led a sizeable function at Head of Service level or above, with accountability for performance, delivery, and people across multiple teams.
• We want a proven track record of developing senior managers and building high-performing teams, with the ability to coach people while maintaining clear standards.
• We need someone who has designed and embedded the operating model and governance for a multi-team function.
• We are looking for strong judgement to take a portfolio view of a complex estate, direct investment effectively, and hold specialist leaders to account.
• We need strong commercial judgement, including significant software licensing experience and management of systems integrators or managed service partners.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• You must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities:

• We will ask you to provide strategic leadership for our Dynamics estate and set a single direction across Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Field Service.
• We want you to coach three team leaders and build the ways of working that keep the platform aligned.
• You will shape how we evolve the platform as one considered whole rather than separate roadmaps.
• You will own the strategy for the Dynamics estate and take a portfolio view of where it should invest.
• You will decide how the function is governed and run.
• You will hold the senior commercial relationships with Microsoft and our delivery partners.
• You will act as the senior point of accountability for the functions performance.
• You will report to the Director of Technology Solutions and Experience.

We are offering a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid leadership role with flexible base locations across England, including London and other offices. The role includes a salary of £103,847 to £123,318 per annum in London or £91,695 to £108,889 nationally, plus a £5,000 car allowance, along with benefits that support your lifestyle. We support hybrid working, and candidates may be expected to travel to other Clarion offices, including London and Norwich, as required.
