Graduate Technical Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 38,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a 2:1 or First Class degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or another STEM discipline.
• We require strong A Levels (A-C) or a BTEC Distinction.
• We are looking for excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We want genuine passion for technology and software development.
• We require strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Desirable: experience with one or more programming languages.
• Desirable: knowledge of SQL or databases.
• Desirable: personal software projects, a GitHub portfolio or coding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
• Analyse system performance and support technical troubleshooting.
• Work with cloud-based applications and modern enterprise technologies.
• Assist Software Engineers with analysis, testing and continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop practical software engineering skills through structured mentoring.
