Graduate AI Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• A relevant degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine interest in AI and how it can improve business performance
• Confidence communicating with people at all levels
• Resilience and the ability to keep going when things get busy
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Copilot experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Responsibilities:

• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to turn business reports and performance data into actionable insight
• Work with senior managers across the business to solve practical problems across customer experience, productivity and commercial performance
• Get actively involved in how we use AI across a large organisation
• Build relationships with colleagues up to senior leadership and influence effectively

We are a large, well-established UK retail group offering a genuine graduate opportunity on a 12-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid role based from our Head Office in the Home Counties. This is a hands-on position working directly with our Chief Information Officer, where you will help shape real decisions using AI and data.
