ERP Support & Reporting Analyst - East Butterwick

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong SQL skills
• Experience supporting ERP or MRP systems
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
• Understanding of operational business processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, merchanting, or commercial environments is highly beneficial
• Epicor BisTrack experience is preferred
• Experience with ERP integrations and data management is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain our ERP, reporting, and operational systems
• Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures
• Support Crystal Reports and data reporting requirements
• Administer our ERP systems, including users, permissions, and configuration
• Investigate and resolve system, reporting, and data issues
• Provide day-to-day support to business users
• Assist with upgrades, integrations, and system improvements

We are a well-established UK business offering a varied, hands-on ERP Support & Reporting Analyst role based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, with some flexibility where appropriate. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key business systems and help support and improve critical ERP and reporting functions within our team. Experience with Epicor BisTrack is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with broader ERP or MRP experience, particularly from manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, merchanting, or commercial environments.
