Embedded Software Engineer C/C++

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong software development experience in C and C++
• Hands-on experience with IBM Rhapsody
• Experience working on real-time embedded software systems
• Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environments

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded software in C and C++
• Design and implement software for real-time systems
• Work with model-based development tools, including IBM Rhapsody
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and integration teams
• Investigate and resolve software defects and technical issues
• Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, and testing

This is a contract role based in Bristol, offering up to £70 per hour, an initial 6-month term with a strong likelihood of extension, and the opportunity to work on long-term programme work in a technically challenging and collaborative environment.
