  • We require proven experience as a player-coach who can lead from the front, contribute to the codebase, and mentor junior and senior engineers.
  • We require a strong track record of designing, building, and launching scalable, distributed, cloud-native platforms from the ground up.
  • Experience in financial services, including Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or FinTech, is a significant plus.
  • An understanding of banking workflows and data is highly desirable.
  • We require exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulate a clear technical vision aligned with business goals.
  • We require deep expertise in building production-grade agentic systems using GCP as primary, including ADK and Vertex AI.
  • We require hands-on experience designing and implementing multi-agent architectures, including task decomposition, coordination, orchestration, and agent-to-agent interaction patterns.
  • We require experience integrating agents with enterprise tools and data sources using MCP or equivalent context-sharing patterns.
  • We require experience building and leveraging knowledge graphs for context enrichment, reasoning, and workflow automation.
  • We require end-to-end RAG pipelines using enterprise search and vector stores such as Elastic or Pinecone, with grounding, evaluation, and optimization.
  • We require experience with model evaluation, monitoring, prompt and version control, and Responsible AI / MRM compliance.
  • We require experience integrating AI into enterprise workflows through API- and event-driven approaches.

  • We require knowledge of secure coding, API security, Zero Trust, data privacy, encryption, access control, regulatory compliance, and AI governance.
  • We require the ability to recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing agile team of software and machine learning engineers.
  • We require the ability to partner with product management, senior business leaders, enterprise architecture, and external vendor partners.
Responsibilities:
  • We will lead the design, architecture, and hands-on development of a scalable, secure, and resilient agentic AI platform from concept to production.
  • We will serve as the lead engineer and technical authority, guiding decisions on frameworks, technologies, and infrastructure.
  • We will write code, build prototypes, and lead by example.
  • We will recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing, agile team of software and machine learning engineers.
  • We will foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
  • We will partner with product management and senior business leaders to define the product strategy and technical roadmap.
