Digital Product Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working on digital projects integrating technologies such as CMS, DAM and CRM systems, with strong awareness of data management.
• Strong experience as a digital product manager with a track record of successfully managing digital developments including improvements to UX, design and functionality of complex, high-traffic websites.
• Experience of Agile delivery through multi-disciplined scrum teams, working on projects in Waterfall/Agile hybrid environments, and up-to-date knowledge of related tools and techniques.
• Experience of managing quality assurance, User Acceptance Testing, change management and deployment processes for digital developments, with a track record of clear communication and robust documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the roadmap for development.
• Maintain a strong awareness of how business processes, content, analytics, SEO, design, and development come together to deliver website enhancements cohesively.
• Align stakeholders and assemble project teams.
• Work closely with business leads to understand and prioritise requirements.
• Manage a contract with a digital agency.
• Lead three in-house Digital Product Managers.

We are a public sector organisation seeking a senior Digital Product Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis for 7 months, working remotely.
