Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support

Salary: £12,480 - 12,480 per year

Requirements:

• Current active government SC (Security Check) clearance
• Proven 2nd line desktop support experience with M365 products
• Experience using Intune for imaging and building laptops and desktops
• Solid support skills with Windows 11
• Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users
• White glove support experience is essential

Responsibilities:

• Support users remotely at 2nd line
• Help with a Google to M365 migration
• Work on Windows 11, M365, and Intune
• Provide M365 and VIP user support
• Support a major desktop migration

We are offering a full-time, work-from-home contract supporting a major desktop migration. This is a 4-month initial contract with an immediate start, paying £240/day inside IR35 via umbrella. The role is remote with location no issue and focuses on hands-on support for M365, Windows 11, Intune, and VIP users.
