Delivery and Resource Manager D365BC

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in a Delivery, PMO, Resource or Resourcing Management role.
• Previous experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP consultancy.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Experience using project/resource management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage consultant allocation across multiple projects.
• Forecast resource demand and future hiring requirements.
• Work with Delivery Managers to resolve resource conflicts.
• Monitor utilisation, capacity and project timelines.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new consultants.
• Improve resource planning processes and reporting.
• Build strong relationships across delivery, sales and technical teams.
• Help drive successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
