• Complete online training through professional, accredited and industry-recognised IT support courses from CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco
• Study from home using video tutorials, presentations and quizzes via our training portal
• Work with our expert tutor throughout the training process
• Gain hands-on experience using our LiveLabs practical training environment
• Sit the CompTIA A+ exams to achieve official worldwide-recognised certifications
• Start in your first role as an IT Technician
• Complete further cyber security training while working in IT
• Progress towards a Cyber Security Analyst role after meeting the required experience and training milestones
