Cyber Business Analyst

Salary: £48,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in PAM.
• We require techno-functional expertise, with essential PAM experience.
• We require experience in framework development and deployment.
• We require an understanding of key regulatory and framework guidance around access management, such as EBA-ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, and FCA.
• We require Identity & Access Management experience, including business analysis or technical/functional design and implementation in a financial services environment.
• We require experience defining, assessing, and governing processes, procedures, and controls for identity and access management.
• We require experience delivering IAM solutions to meet compliance requirements.
• We require proven experience in Identity Governance and Segregation of Duties.
• We require a detailed understanding of access management within highly complex environments.
• We require a strong understanding of current best practice approaches to security assurance and security frameworks.
• We require experience planning and prioritizing multiple work streams in fast-changing portfolios.
• We require experience with business analysis and solution design in other cybersecurity domains.
• We require a degree and/or equivalent experience.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• We require strong analytical skills and the ability to support issue resolution with evidence-based findings.
• We require advanced Excel skills and the ability to run SQL queries and perform systems analysis.
• We require a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across technology and the business.

Responsibilities:

• We gather requirements and compile formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
• We formulate and present proposed solutions to business users, including illustrative calculations using production data.
• We formulate testing approaches and compile test plans and test cases.
• We perform system and integration testing and support business users with user acceptance testing.
• We compile and present test results.
• We complete project and work-stream status reports.
• We escalate issues and risks to project and line management.
• We provide evidence-based analysis to support the understanding and resolution of issues.
• We act as a trusted advisor to Technology management and senior business stakeholders.
• We own risks, issues, and dependencies across project work and take proactive action to avoid escalations.
• We build collaborative working relationships across Technology, Change Managers, and business stakeholders.
• We lead by example, supporting company policies around office attendance and team collaboration.
• We maintain and enhance stakeholder relationships across the region and globally to share best practices and support local policies and procedures.
• We support continuous improvement and help adopt new technology.
