Control Systems Engineer OT SCADA

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• OT SCADA experience
• Transmission network modelling experience
• Control systems experience
• Power systems experience
• Network topology and connectivity modelling experience
• State estimation and load flow analysis experience
• SCADA telemetry modelling experience
• Experience with EMS tools such as GE, Siemens, or AVEVA
• Knowledge of IEC CIM (61970/61968)
• SQL, XML, and Python skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain EMS network models that underpin real-time power system operations
• Work across complex transmission environments
• Ensure accurate network topology, device relationships, and connectivity
• Support ongoing network changes, commissioning activities, and system enhancements

This is a 6-month contract role based in Wokingham, with the option to work remotely or from the office.
