Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We need proven expertise in business analysis methodologies, including Agile BA, BPMN, process mapping, and requirements elicitation.
  • We need strong skills in identifying, analysing, and validating business and user requirements to support decision-making.
  • We need proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, automation technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
  • We need strong analytical ability in business process modelling, financial assessment, and digital transformation.
  • We need excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • We need the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive business change.
  • We need familiarity with financial and economic appraisal techniques, including HM Treasurys Green Book principles, which is desirable for UK-based roles.
  • We need an understanding of digital transformation in government, including GDS standards, procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud and Digital Outcomes & Specialists, and cloud migration strategies.
  • We need security clearance eligibility, with SC or DV clearance potentially required depending on project assignments.
  • We need sole British Citizenship for work on defence projects marked as UK Eyes Only.
  • We need the ability to meet SC clearance requirements, including at least 5 years of UK residence and no more than 30 consecutive days outside the UK in the past 5 years.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead business analysis workstreams using structured methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches to deliver impactful solutions.
  • We engage stakeholders across public and private sector organisations by facilitating workshops and gathering requirements aligned to policy, regulatory, and operational objectives.
  • We develop business cases and investment appraisals to support decision-making for large-scale government programmes.
  • We apply data-driven methodologies to assess service performance and use tools such as Power BI, Excel, and automation technologies to support evidence-based decisions.
  • We support digital transformation and service redesign initiatives, helping agencies integrate AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
  • We conduct business process modelling and re-engineering to identify inefficiencies and design optimised workflows that meet compliance and security requirements.
  • We work within complex regulatory and governance frameworks, ensuring analysis and recommendations align with government policies, procurement regulations, and security protocols.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy advisors, IT specialists, procurement officers, and programme managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • We support the development of internal best practices within our consultancy and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building for our Business Analysis function.
