Brand Protection Solution Architect – Fashion & Apparel

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, technical solution architecture, brand protection deployment, or technical supply chain management within the fashion, footwear, luxury, or apparel sector.
• We require a solid understanding of global garment manufacturing processes and distribution logistics.
• We require deep familiarity with circular fashion business models, including resale, repair, and recycling, as well as emerging regulatory landscapes such as EU Digital Product Passports (DPP) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
• We need someone capable of establishing order, clear processes, and structure in fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• We need exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging both factory floor managers and C-suite brand executives.

Responsibilities:

• We define, structure, and execute the complete operational blueprint for onboarding and deploying our brand protection product across client ecosystems.
• We translate complex technical innovations such as serialization, track-and-trace, anti-counterfeiting technology, and authentication platforms into clear, repeatable operational processes.
• We identify systemic bottlenecks early and design scalable standards, playbooks, and systems that enable rapid client onboarding without sacrificing quality.
• We bridge internal silos by identifying and collaborating with key technical and business owners to translate multi-departmental requirements into unified execution roadmaps and go-to-market goals.
• We provide on-site deployment support at client sites, partner facilities, or manufacturing locations to oversee integrations, conduct training, and ensure smooth rollouts.
• We work in a hybrid arrangement and travel to client sites, partner facilities, or manufacturing locations as needed for initial integrations, training, and go-live rollouts.
