Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Security Engineer.
• We need someone with experience designing and implementing an application security capability.
• We are looking for someone who can work closely with developers, DevOps engineers and technology stakeholders.
• We need someone who understands development practices, application security tooling, and vulnerability management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an application security capability that enables secure software delivery while minimising disruption to development teams.
• Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers and technology stakeholders to understand existing development practices.
• Introduce practical security controls and deploy application security tooling.
• Establish processes for identifying, prioritising and remediating vulnerabilities across applications, source code and cloud-native workloads.
• Embed security into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Improve visibility of application risks.
• Ensure vulnerabilities are managed in accordance with our Vulnerability Management policies.
