Salary: £55,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in offensive security, including AI Red Teaming and penetration testing against agentic frameworks and LLM integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engineer or deploy AI Detection and Response (AIDR) workflows using agentic and SIEM technologies, with a strong focus on AI-native threat modeling.
  • Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, specifically managing AI governance policies and enforcing the principle of least privilege for human and AI identities.
  • Upper-intermediate English fluency to support clear communication.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical security data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work aligned with EST/PST time zones to support cross-functional collaboration and incident response.
  • A self-directed, passionate mindset with a focus on continuous innovation and modern security solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a senior AI Staff Security Engineer and help drive our organization toward a highly proactive security posture.
  • Engineer automated workflows that replace manual overhead and improve operational velocity.
  • Manage systemic risk from Shadow AI agentic frameworks and enforce least privilege through configuration management.
  • Secure our core AI-driven platforms and protect them from advanced threats.
  • Enhance the vulnerability management lifecycle by prioritizing AI-centric risks, including supply chain attacks, SBOM tracking, and unpatched legacy infrastructure.
  • Design, deploy, and operationalize AI Detection and Response solutions to defend against prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, and model extraction.
  • Automate critical security workflows using agentic and SIEM integration to enable rapid response to autonomous threats.
  • Conduct AI red teaming and penetration testing for generative and agentic systems.
  • Develop and deploy AI access governance tools and enforce our review process for all new tools.
  • Drive security compliance and AI governance aligned with frameworks such as Googles SAIF and CSAs AICM, with attention to GDPR/PII and ethical AI principles.
  • Integrate security checks into the continuous AI development lifecycle, covering testing before and after deployment.
  • Present complex security concepts to non-technical audiences to strengthen security awareness and culture across the organization.
