Implementation Lead

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with payment platforms or systems, fintech, EPOS, or similar
• Strong understanding of and experience with APIs, integrations, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across clients, internal stakeholders, third parties, and technical teams
• Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS businesses

Responsibilities:

• Manage integrations and product management activities, including third-party integrations, user stories, requirements gathering, and coordinating technical teams
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, technology partners, and clients
• Manage delivery of new features and enhancements
• Develop product strategy through competitor and market trend analysis and consideration of emerging technologies
• Manage documentation and compliance
