DevOps Software Developer Consultant

Salary: £33,000 - 73,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of software development experience using C#, Java, or a similar object-oriented language.
• Were looking for a self-starter who can quickly learn new programming languages and tools.
• You should be able to estimate work effectively and deliver on time.
• You should have knowledge of technologies and methods used in modern system development.
• You should be able to plan and organise your work, and accurately report issues and progress.
• You should work collaboratively, use your initiative, and identify areas for your own development.
• You should understand agile tools and techniques and have excellent communication skills.
• You must be willing to travel within the UK for projects and have the right to work in the UK.
• You should be able to create and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines and have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is required.
• Desirable: client-facing experience; familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar; knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud environments; understanding of containerisation, Kubernetes, or Docker; and automation testing knowledge.
