PL/SQL and Java Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive expertise developing Oracle PL/SQL in a complex relational database
• Extensive expertise developing on Oracle 12 or 19 databases
• Extensive expertise with HTML, XML/JSON, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience programming in Java or C#
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to commute to central Liverpool and work onsite two days a week
• Experience supporting Higher Education platforms such as Banner is highly advantageous

• Lead the development, maintenance and support of a key platform
• Process and map data using Oracle databases, Java and PL/SQL

The salary is £39,000–£45,000, with a 21.5% pension, 30 days of base leave plus discretionary days and bank holidays, and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development. Support to upskill will be offered to candidates with core PL/SQL and Java development experience.
